If you still don't know what to be for Halloween, get creative with makeup from the runway. Create looks from the past haute couture shows from Dior, Galliano, and Lacroix. Go crazy with bold colors and lots of glitter on the eyes, a dark color lip or a pale color lip, a dark defined eyebrow or just no eyebrow with some brow wax and of course lashes lashes lashes!!! Don't even bother buying a costume, people will be busy admiring your makeup that they won't have time to care about the rest of your outfit!
